Contest design loft space for real estate development company engaged in the sale of suburban property.

Is there a way to easily and comfortably part with huge sum of money? On this issue, we, the young architects think in the contest office loft, creating a showroom for the development company "Vector Investments." Especially for this company was invited to the decision problem and created an office with the most trustworthy and warm atmosphere.

The company already sells a lot of years, people dream of a better life in comfort and out of town. Dream, which costs a lot of money.

In my head it's only one solution - to make the office, which would combine comfort, concise, vivid colors and textures.

Was coined by the symbol of the project: "pots with root vegetables," each of which tells of the successful transaction of the company, which is so similar to the life and development of plants. In each pot was written a story about how after the purchase of suburban real estate client's life has changed for the better.

Following their own feelings, it became clear that during the purchase of suburban real estate definitely want to stretch out in a comfortable chair, drop your feet on the wooden floor, and sip hot tea from a mug.

In a word, immediately move into your own vacation home without going through all sorts of formalities. Create an environment managed by the stylized traditional suburban elements (greenhouses, huts), wooden terraces and colorful furniture.

To preserve the atmosphere of the loft space of the showroom as released from the walls, red-brick walls cleaned and painted the ceiling and pillars matte white paint. This relatively simple color palette was a wonderful backdrop for a collective of bright spots, supporting the psychological comfort.

As is common in modern offices, the space is open, mobile and fully ready to receive a large number of customers, visitors to complete transactions and holding noisy parties.
