Botanica is a light sculpture that recalls the classic Venetian chandelier with its strong artistic component and decorative.© Patrizi, Coluzzi, Costantini
The project's name remind to the nature and botanical science: in fact, the form of the modules attracts Botania Hortensia and the structure of the leaves.
A white flower, beautiful and lush, made geometrical through study of a base module that also may create endless combinations.© Patrizi, Coluzzi, Costantini
An equilateral triangle inscribed in a circle is the geometry that makes this extraordinary object, structurally simple but very complex in the end.
For this istallation we used simple paper.© Patrizi, Coluzzi, Costantini
The choice to find a form at the base of the project was done to lower costs of production and construction, while the decision to "sew" the modules is to emphasize the aspect of craftsmanship typical of the classic Venetian chandeliers.
