C-Change was designed with the premise that the construction industry continues to move towards a model that embraces prefabrication.© decoi-architects
This model plays out in systems furniture design and residential housing, but has not made its way to commercial interiors.© decoi-architects
CW Keller joined the team during the design phase and brought their engineering and modeling experience along with their CNC and fabrication knowledge to allow the design teams goals to be executed.© decoi-architects

Subcontractors were required to integrate their shop drawings into a central 3D model and all fabrication was done from this model.© decoi-architects
